DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0
FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday, from 8:00
AM to 5:00 PM. Other hours may be required to meet operational needs. Be

seeking a Program Manager, Provider Services to: * Work collaboratively
UW Health and SMPH leaders and to assess, plan, design, develop,
implement, monitor, and evaluate programs and systems for physicians and
Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across the UW Health system. *
Develop succinct and clear written and verbal presentations to multiple
audiences including, but not limited to senior administrators,
physicians, APPs, and department administrators. * Experienced in
advising, coaching, and consulting with leaders on talent management and

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Minimum -Bachelor\'s degree
in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Healthcare
Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Four (4) years
of relevant work experience, in addition to required minimum work
experience, may be considered in lieu of bachelor\'s degree. Preferred -
Master\'s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources,
Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Work Experience : Minimum - 3 years relevant experience in
Organizational Development/Learning & Development or Human Resources or
combination of the two. Preferred - * 5 years relevant experience in
Organizational Development/Learning & Development. * Relevant
experience in a large academic or complex health organization. * Prior
