DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Description: Work Schedule: 75% FTE,
evening/night shift rotation, one in three weekend rotation. Holidays as
operationally needed. Hours are based off operational needs of the

Surgery Progressive Care Unit to ensure optimum patient care, efficient
operations, quality service and sound financial management. We are
seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) / Charge Nurse: * Direct and lead
nursing staff to ensure optimum patient care, efficient operations,
quality service and sound financial management. * Facilitate and
participate in daily interprofessional rounds. * Continuously assess
unit needs by ensuring adequate resources for current and upcoming
shifts. * Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Preferred - Baccalaureate
degree in nursing Work Experience : Minimum - * Two (2) years\'
experience in an inpatient unit * At least two (2) years of combined
work experience and leadership experience may be considered in lieu of
two (2) years\' experience in an inpatient unit. Preferred - * Three
(3) years\' experience in an acute care inpatient unit. * Relevant RN
experience with department-specific patient population Licenses and
Certifications : Minimum - * Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the
State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted
the nurse licensure compact * Current CPR/BLS certification Preferred -
