Job Title Key Account Business Analyst The Impact You\'ll Make in this
Role As a 3M Key Account Business Analyst you will have the ability to
work closely with 3M and Menards to optimize forecasting, replenishment
responsibilities leading to maximized sales, profits, and inventory flow
for 3M and Menards. Building relationships with the Menards team allows
3M to continually grow and adapt to market conditions. As a Key Account
Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your

people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: * Utilizing
advanced analytical tools and techniques to extract actionable insights
from key account data, enabling informed decision-making and strategic
planning for sales initiatives. * Implementing robust segmentation
strategies based on key account characteristics, behavior, and
preferences, allowing for targeted sales efforts tailored to specific
customer needs and opportunities. * Working with forecasting models to
accurately predict key account performance, revenue projections, and
market trends, empowering the sales team to proactively address
potential challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities. *
Identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in key account processes,
proposing, and implementing solutions to streamline workflows, enhance
productivity, and improve overall sales performance. * Fostering strong
relationships and collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and
other relevant departments to ensure alignment of key account
strategies. * Learning to navigate and understand information in
Menards applications, including GAINS, MSI (MicroStrategy), SKU Manager,
PO Manager, MyOnsite Vendor, PIM, and others as needed for inventory
replenishment, forecasting/planning, executing promotional items and
conducting weekly/monthly reporting task. Work location: * Hybrid
Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to

compensation range for this position is \$119,076 - \$145,537, which
includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range

skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may

Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day
one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: *
Bachelor\'s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) *
Three (3) years\' experience in Business Analytics, S les, Account
Management in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in
this role include: * Master\'s degree from an accredited institution *
Five (5) years of experience in Business Analytics, Sales, Account
Management in a private, public, government or military environment *
Sales and Key Account Management Knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft
Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and other relevant software tools is
essential. Experience with CRM systems - Salesforce, Salsify, and other
data analysis tools Power BI and ERP systems. * Strong problem-solving
