STRANG INC Senior Project Architect in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Senior Project Architect you will work closely with Strang\'s integrated team of design professionals to deliver architectural services for a variety of exciting project types. Working under the direction of a Project Manager and Principal-In-Charge, you will be responsible for leading teams in the design and execution of assigned projects from conception to completion. Your expertise and vision will be instrumental in developing and implementing project plans, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and that design goals are achieved. Duties and Responsibilities include: The Project Architect collaborates with the Project Manager and Principal in Charge and oversees the completion of assignments in a timely manner maintaining accuracy while adhering to all technical and standard procedures of the office. Interprets bid documents during the bidding phase. Pre-Design graphics and renderings. Programming and Schematic Design Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that all deadlines are met Regularly communicate project progress and status to all stakeholders. Coordinate and check documents during design development, contract documents and bidding phases and compiles addendum information. Preparing full construction documents in collaboration with our other disciplines and assisting with coordination of work Mentor junior architectural staff and provide guidance on design and technical issues What you can bring to the team: Professional attitude, ownership and passion for your work.
