29800 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, day shift.
Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM. Hours may vary based on the operational

hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance and
Engineering Services to: * Provide direct supervision to maintenance
and limited trades staff to accomplish UW Health and department
objectives. * Coordinate or assign response to routine and emergency
repair requests, special projects and completion of scheduled preventive
maintenance. * Prioritize and distribute work assignments to allocated
staff and ensure proper documentation is entered into the correct
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and completed. *
Resolve equipment and process problems as well as customer issues and
complaints. * Review and recommend maintenance contracts from outside
sources. * Ensure employee\'s work in a safe environment, including

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Minimum - High School Diploma
or equivalent. Preferred - Associates Degree. Work Experience :
Minimum - Three years experience in leadership of maintenance service of
a technical nature Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - Valid
Driver\'s License. Preferred - Certified Hospital Constructor (CHC).
