We are seeking one full time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The home office of this position is located on the east side of Madison, WI. Working from home options will also be available for this position. Home office must be located in WI. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for researching and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. They are responsible for full-cycle recruiting including managing the process, communicating with hiring managers, networking, promoting, sourcing, screening, presenting offers, executing onboarding and presenting at orientation. Detailed job description is attached. PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE Understands all specifications of the job requisitions, including job descriptions, markets, and all other requirements of the job. Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Takes a proactive approach to recruiting and does not rely solely on job boards or job postings as a means of recruiting. Sources, screens and evaluate for qualified diverse candidates. Establishes assessment methods to test candidates on job-related skills including skills, presentation and emotional intelligence and make job offers. Forms strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities ensures all recruiting stages are documented and ATS stay current. Maintains the database for job descriptions ensuring that all are up to date and accurate. Updates, manages and maintains the database for all interview guides. Monitors branding and keeps Glassdoor, Indeed, ABR Instagram, company website career pages and other social media sites creative and current. Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics. Manages the onboarding experience. Attends career fairs and networking events. Other duties as assigned. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Prior recruitment experience with strong branding and social media skills. Team player with good communication skills. Ability to work to deadlines and juggle a varied and busy workload. Excellent reporting skills and competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems. Computer savvy, willing and capable of navigating the Internet for sourcing, research and posting. Strong networking, interviewing and candidate assessment ability. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail resulting in high quality of work.
