Benefits: Advance your knowledge and skills within Customer Success Independent work environment In-person, hybrid, OR telecommute work environment options available Starting pay range, based upon skills and experience: \$20.72 to \$25.91 + competitive benefits and total rewards package Responsibilities Performs intraday scheduling procedures including documenting unplanned absences, meetings, and other functions that must be added for staff while balancing call volume and turnaround time guidelines Utilization and mitigation of resources to meet real time goals and metrics, and update call routing to optimize performance Prepares and distributes reports to department leadership Perform weekly audit and updating of skilling spreadsheets to ensure accuracy between resource and phone system Qualifications Associate\'s degree or equivalent work experience 3 years of experience analyzing, forecasting, and scheduling Experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred 1+ years of hands on expereince maintaining a workforce management system is preferred This position can work from our Madison, WI or Onalaska, WI office, hybrid or telecommute. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
