Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is seeking an enthusiastic IT Service Specialist - Cybersecurity Compliance with a focus on cybersecurity compliance. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of IT systems and a keen interest in diving deeper into cybersecurity topics. The position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions, with a strong emphasis on ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
As a IT Service Specialist - Cybersecurity Compliance, your responsibilities will include :
Assisting in ensuring that applications meet IT and cybersecurity compliance standards according to industry and company regulations.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.
Addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to uphold high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support IT service management and customer support initiatives.
Identifying opportunities for improving service quality and efficiency, and contributing to the implementation of enhancement strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
