QUALIFICATION/S
Bachelor of Engineering Computers / Electronics/Instrumentation from reputed university
Or
MSC Instrumentation / Computers from reputed university
EXPERIENCE
Total experience of 4- 8 years in Automation / MES
MES experience at least 2 years.
Or
Hands on experience on MES systems like Rockwell, Werum, Siemens, ABB
Or
Hands on experience on Pharmaceutical Batch automation projects.
JOB PROFILE
Lead the detail design and implementation activity for MES projects based on Emerson MES platform-- Syncade.
Interface with customer- gather requirements, workshops for solution review.
Requirement analysis to develop Functional specifications and design.
Detail design and implementation using Syncade Recipe Authoring Tool, VB.Net, ASP.Net, C# and SQL
Database design and implementation
SKILL INVENTORY / TECHNICAL SKILLS
Recipe Authoring
HTML, XML, VB Script
Database : SQL
GAMP, FDA validation and 21CFR part 11 compliance
Pharmaceutical manufacturing process
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead team
