ACCOUNTING SUPPORT IV - GENERAL ACCOUNTING
Performs routine and repetitive clerical accounting and bookkeeping duties following established procedures to accomplish duties. Advice and assistance are readily available and difficult or unusual problems are usually referred to supervisor.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Accountant in clerical report preparations and analysis (e.g. Reconciliation of VAT & Withholding Tax returns, etc.)
Assist on the statutory and tax audit requirements (e.g. collate supporting documents to match audit schedules/ reconciliations of VAT/WHT returns)
Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
From Bachelor of Accountancy or similar courses such as Bookkeeping/ Auditing
Skill in both verbal and written English communication
Knowledge in Advance Excel
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. We may require report to office at least two to three times a week.
