Manulife Data Engineer in Makati City, Philippines

This role provides expertise and consultation to clients (internal and external) on many aspects of Compliance. They can include one or several of the following: Anti-Money Laundering, Privacy, Monitoring and Testing, Complaints, Compliance Management Program, Business Unit Records Management, Abandoned Property, Social Media, Broker Dealer responsibilities, Market Conduct, Derivatives Compliance, or ERISA.

We are looking for someone with:

At least 3-5 years of experience

  • Data Pipeline Development: Expertise in designing and building data pipelines for data processing.

  • Database Management: Knowledge of database systems (SQL ) and data warehousing solutions.

  • ETL Processes: Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources.

  • Data Analytics

  • Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data technologies

*On the job you will: *

Responsible for designing and developing data infrastructure to ensure broad availability of data throughout an organization, as well as for implementing systems to integrate (replicate, extract, transform, load) data assets in batch or near-real-time. This function is designed to build systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing data at scale.
