Digital Solutions Head

What the day will look like

The Digital Solutions Head will be responsible for HS PH Employee Benefits Hub and Voluntary Benefits solution which are part of Aon's value proposition in providing a platform to support client retention, attraction and win new clients.

The role will manage and support client introduction, communication and implementation, ensuring project timeline is met while liaising with various teams - Aon HS internal stakeholders from Regional Team, Account Management Team and Broking Team including Insurance Providers.

This role is the focal point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Employee Benefits Hub and Voluntary Benefits and will support the HS Business Unit Head on any issues relating to the project.

  • Determine corporate clients' unmet needs ad translate internally with the internal stakeholders and Insurance Providers for adequate follow up

  • Proactively conduct strategic account review with all assigned customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends

  • Develop and implement key account plans for assigned accounts

  • Monitor all sales transaction and transaction report to keep smoothly on sales journey

  • Manage Insurance Provider renewals, RFP and negotiations by liaising with Broking Team

  • Review any Employee Benefits Hub/VB-related contract for maximum benefits and provide periodic related reports informing the performance of this platform

  • Develop a strong understanding of client within assigned client portfolio that includes business drivers, strategies, competitive position in the marketplace, and industrial trends

  • Oversee all processes are running smoothly and implemented accordingly

  • Build, enhance and execute long term client relationships and communication with key executives, decision makers and influencers and to establish themselves as trusted advisories to this audience within the client organization.

  • Ensure engagement of appropriate Aon strategies for all impactful revenue opportunities within the existing client base and new prospect

  • Establish and build strong working relationships with Aon functional leaders and team members to ensure the successful delivery of services
