• The Account Manager’s primary responsibilities include retention and expansion of existing Customers through working with NetSuite Partners. • Must be able to deliver key Customer engagements and collaborate with extended teams in managing and meeting customers’ requirements.• Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned portfolio.

Expectations And Tasks
Build Strategies to support Exceeding Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Quota
Multi-threading – Builds strong strategic relationships with as many stakeholders and key contacts within the organization. Liaises with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales.
Business Acumen – Proactively understands Customer’s business, its processes, plans & strategies and relevant industry-trends
Account Planning and Business Reviews – drives Account Planning activities and Business Reviews with key people and be able to provide a comprehensive roadmap aligning with the Customer’s business goals
Onsite customer presentation with C-levels to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
Drives effective account plans to support targets/ KPIs
Establishes her/himself as a trusted advisor
Demand and Pipe Generation and Forecast Accuracy – Creates Awareness leading to interest and demand generation to build healthy pipeline and provides accurate forecast
Collaboration – Assembles relevant teams to support Customer engagements based on a common goal
Maintains systems excellence – forecasting, records housekeeping, etc. in CRM
Travels to customer as needed.
Work Experience
5+ years of experience in Sales/ Account management of complex business software / IT solutions
Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated success managing small to medium-sized Accounts in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market
Driven sales campaigns and other key Customer Engagement Activities
Duties and tasks are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills.
