Job Overview:

The Senior HR Services Center Administrator has developed specialized HR Services Center-specific skills through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. They can provide support to their team with a limited degree of supervision. The Senior HR Services Center Adm can be an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. The Senior HR Services Center Adm is skilled in various processes, procedures, and systems.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to the employee, manager, and other HR members providing redirection and educational opportunities to increase customer knowledge while resolving the current situation

  • Validate and processes HR transactions using knowledge of the system and provide documentation and tools

  • Monitor HR transactions for adherence to defined processes and denies or escalate exceptions

  • Identify process and procedure improvement opportunities

  • Process employment verification requests

  • Research, resolve, and respond to the employee, manager, and other HR member queries via different support channels (emails, phones, and ESS)

  • Work well with others as a team player to achieve team goals

  • Accountable for individual results and impact on the team

  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR/Administrative experience

  • BS in Human Resources/Business Admin or related field preferred or equivalent experience

  • Experience using HR/Payroll Systems (PeopleSoft, Taleo, JD Edwards)

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)

  • Knowledge and experience using more advanced excel functions, including VLOOKUP’s and PivotTables
