As an HR Analyst in Avanade’s Europe Service Hub, you'll be the heartbeat of our HR operations, fostering a vibrant culture and driving HR excellence across the region.

You will help deliver HR talent administration and employee relations services across the Europe area.

You'll partner with strategic HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to support, mobilize, implement and execute services that assist HR priorities, ensure operational excellence and people-first, values driven assistance.

You will collaborate on standardization and continuous evolution of HR services for efficient delivery and high impact.

What you will do:

  • Work in HR services supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

  • Partner with Service Hub lead on programs supporting learning, engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and employee relations.

  • Support HR administration such as regulatory compliance, payroll prep, internal audits, and benefits administration.

  • Partner effectively across the business to support HR needs and concerns.

  • Work with the Service Hub team to support the continuous evolution of HR services including standardization and process optimization.

Skills and experiences

  • Some experience in HR administration including payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance preferred.

  • Some experience supporting onboarding, learning programs, engagement and offboarding programs preferred.

  • Ability to work with little supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple processes simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the nuances and differences across European regions.

  • Proficiency in other languages such as German, Dutch, or French is a plus.
