Express Employment Professionals Account Coordinator in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Our client is looking for an *Account Coordinator* **to assist their team with the day-to-day delivery of facilities services. This role plays an integral part in coordinating with external vendors and overseeing vendor performance to ensure timeliness and quality. The Account Coordinator directly supports the Account Manager in providing services to our clients as needed. 

Account Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Interacting regularly with vendors and clients through telephone, email, and in person
  • Source new vendors as needed and coordinate to schedule appointments/oversee performance
  • Refer client escalations up to Account Managers to find resolutions as quickly as possible
  • Maintain an accurate and current database of vendor and client information
  • Act as a client advocate and work with internal departments to ensure client needs are understood and satisfied

  • Excellent verbal, written and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication & teamworking skills for contract negotiations & internal collaboration across all departments
  • Must be productive in a deadline driven work environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt and be flexible to change.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands on knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
