Utility Project Support Specialists (Field Based) - R00023114
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: ERM is hiring remote Utility Project Support Specialists to support our client based in the Philadelphia, PA area. In this critical role, you will be supporting the client by handling customer inquiries in response to our client's utility line project notifications. Project information and training will be provided so that calls can be handled in an efficient manner. This is a remote part-time (25 hours/week), limited-term role for a duration of 6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage large amounts of inbound phone calls. * Track inquiries by using various software applications (training to be provided) * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. * Take the extra mile to engage customers.
REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. * Excellent communication skills both written and oral. * One (1) to three (3) years minimum working in a Customer Interface or Call Center environment. * Ability to work part-time shifts (8AM -- 1PM or 1PM -- 6PM ET)
