Control Room Operator (CRO)
Wage: $21.50/ hour
Join our team as a Control Room Operator (CRO) and take on a key role in maintaining the safety and security of our operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for the control room.
Monitor cameras and promptly report any suspicious or unusual activity.
Respond to and escalate alarms as necessary.
Mask and unmask doors as needed.
Verify ticket status and ensure proper handling.
Accurately maintain security documentation in line with established policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of 24x7 security operations and procedures.
Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and make sound decisions.
Skilled in following detailed instructions to determine appropriate actions.
Capable of leading and motivating others to achieve goals.
Ability to quickly learn and operate various security and safety systems.
Maintains a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
Advanced computer skills are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
Strong focus on customer service and service delivery.
Ability to interact confidently with individuals from diverse backgrounds and social levels.
Takes initiative, prioritizes tasks, and handles multiple responsibilities.
