INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT I
Position Summary:
Bentley Systems is hiring an Infrastructure Support for the Digital Infrastructure Support team. The successful candidate will provide critical support to all of the teams in the Digital Infrastructure organization allowing them to more efficiently service Bentley colleagues.
Your Day-to-Day:
Triage and resolve ServiceNow tickets for the Digital Infrastructure team.
Work with Digital Infrastructure team engineers for ticket escalation.
Provide Level 1 escalation support for the Network Operations Center.
Communicate with Digital Infrastructure team managers to provide status updates.
Create and maintain documentation.
Create and maintain Digital Infrastructure Service Catalog items in ServiceNow.
This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.
This role does not require travel.
Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer.
What You Bring to The Team:
1 – 3 years technical experience in an Information Technology related field.
Experience working with the following technologies:
ServiceNow
Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint)
Public Cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
DNS
Directory Services (Entra ID and Active Directory)
Strong understanding of the following concepts:
Network fundamentals
Server management
Security practices
Monitoring and alerting
User support
Automation
A strong desire to learn and contribute to a growing digital technology team supporting Bentley’s growth.
The ability to assess and understand problems and drive resolution in a timely manner.
