is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.800000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: Under minimal
supervision, the registered dietitian is responsible for the development
of the nutrition plan of care by assessing, implementing, evaluating,
educating, discontinuing and documenting care. The registered dietitian
works closely with the healthcare team and supports the inpatient and
outpatient areas across the system as delineated. The registered
dietitian may provide direction to students, interns, and dietetic
technicians as well as education to the community. The dietitian
participates in medical team and department activities. Other duties as
assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of two years of experience
with direct patient care is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor\'s degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics or a Bachelor\'s
degree plus a certification in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics is
required. Completion of an ACEND approved internship or coordinated
undergraduate program is required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Current
Registered Dietitian is required or must be registration eligible.
Current Registered Dietitian must also be a State of Wisconsin Certified
Dietitian or show proof of application for certification within 60 days
of hire or transfer. If registration eligible, must become a Registered
Dietitian within six months of the date of hire or transfer and show
proof of application for State of Wisconsin certification within 60 days
