is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.900000 Shift: Shift 1 Work schedule: Clinic hours
are generally 7:30am-5pm, with varying start times pending clinic needs
Job Summary: The lead duties will be for the Wound, General and Vascular
Surgery, and Urology clinics. Assists the department leader with
responsibility for the implementation, delivery, coordination, and
supervision of services delivered by team members consistent with HFM
policy and procedures. Primarily serves in a staff role while working
closely with the department leader on various initiatives. Responsible
for clinical, technical and/or support services and competencies while
serving as the primary mentor/educator for team members. JOB
DESCRIPTION: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current
unrestricted Wisconsin license required. Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing
strongly preferred. Note: Some positions may require specific
certifications, accreditation and increased educational requirements.
3-5 years of experience in the area of practice required. Advanced
clinical or technical skills and management experience strongly
preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership
skills required. Must be able to demonstrate effective leadership
ability through positive and creative problem-solving techniques.
Required to maintain clinical/technical competencies for area of
