Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Paying up to $50/hr
Job Description
We are seeking Journeyman Electricians for a variety of job sites across Minnesota. The role involves working on commercial electrical projects, primarily, but also includes some residential work in apartment complexes. The projects range from new builds, remodels, to retrofitting, and involve systems of either 480 volt or 208 volt. The positions may last from 2 months up to 3 years, with opportunities to transition to other job sites upon project completion.
Hard Skills
Commercial electrical experience
Residential electrical experience
Ability to interpret construction documents and specifications
Proficiency in setting switchgear, panels, and other distribution equipment
Skilled in measuring, cutting, and bending conduit
Ability to trace out short circuits and troubleshoot electrical issues
Experience in making minor electrical repairs
Soft Skills
Leadership in guiding apprentices
Excellent customer service
Efficient communication
Ability to manage project files, drawings, documents, and records

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Mankato, Minnesota.
Work Environment
Dynamic job sites across Minnesota with opportunities to work on various projects and move to different sites as projects complete. Collaboration with Apprentice and Master Electricians, and Project Managers is essential.
