As an FNP at the San Joaquin Health Center’s Mobile Clinic, yourrole involves providing preventive care, urgent care, and disease management.You’ll conduct physical exams, offer health screenings, administervaccinations, and connect with patients of all ages. The mobile clinic servesunderserved communities, bridging gaps in healthcare access. No insurance isrequired, and you’ll assist patients in applying for programs like Medi-Cal andMedicare. Minimum Qualifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) : Familiarity withlife-saving techniques and emergency response, DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) : Authorization to prescribeand handle controlled substances. Candidates must hold a valid California (CA) license , Acceptance of candidates willing to apply forlicensure in California is also considered. Previous experience in primary care, preventative care, and chronic disease management isrequired as well as familiarity with urgent care services , including health screenings, vaccinations,and disease management. We are seeking a compassionate provider who can connect with the underserved population .
