About the role

  • Our Bicar Quality Pharmacis team, composed of [number of team members] people, is integrated in the production department and focuses on chemistry products in collaboration with other relevant internal teams.

  • As a Bicar Quality Pharmacist, you will work on chemistry support, batch record management and quality - related document development and complaint handling to support Solvay's chemistry - based production. You will get the opportunity to contribute to Solvay and have a positive impact on the quality of our chemistry products.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Ensuring that the Solvay Sodium Bicarbonate MTP product and manufacturing plant comply with all relevant regulations and customer requirements, and that new activities conform to the GxP regulation.

  • Reviewing, releasing Bicar product (TEC, Feed, FOOD, and Pharma grade) batch records, managing batch certification (CoC and CoA), and developing and maintaining manuals, procedures, work instructions and all quality - related documents within the department.

  • Handling Corrective action and preventive action request (CAPA) and Deviation management, as well as audit management including internal, customer, authority, certified body and supplier audits.

  • Managing quality trials, monitoring and report management, and customer complaint management (by delegation), ensuring effective handling of complaints, proper product sample retention for stability, and completion of the FDA annual report and Annual product review.

  • Ensuring implementation, updating and maintenance of a quality management system, implementation and maintenance of initial and continuous training programmes, proper approval of service providers and suppliers in coordination with the purchasing department and end - user, performing self - inspections at regular intervals following a pre - arranged programme and putting necessary corrective measures in place.

  • Deciding on the final disposition of rejected products (by delegation) and approving any returns to saleable stock.

  • We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in pharmaceutical science or related field.

  • Relevant 13 years work experience in pharmaceutical function.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Thailand Rayong monthly base pay reasonably expected for this role is 42419THB to 56559 THB, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
