About the role

  • Our supply chain team, composed of 10 people, is integrated in the supply chain department and focuses on supply chain (packing, warehouse logistic and planner) in collaboration with production, Maintenance and Quality.

  • As a Supply chain lead, you will work on overall supply chain to support plant operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to overall supply chain management and have a positive impact on plant operation and performance.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Stay updated about all relevant laws, rules and regulations affecting the supply chain activities.

  • Define, defend and deploy local supply chain plans and budget.

  • Maintain contact with the logistic providers to support the resolution of issues.

  • Manage the supply chain activities (Packing department, Warehouse, Logistic and Planner) within own perimeter.

  • Ensure, within own perimeter, full compliance with all relevant safety, environmental & quality

  • Standards, and Solvay policies including the ISO procedure.

  • Optimize the supply balancing demand across businesses and sites (raw material,

  • finished/integrated and intermediate products).

  • Maintain regular contact with the services providers to support resolving of issues.

  • Ensure the coordination with sales and marketing, manufacturing, tolling partners, and logistic

  • service providers and the other GBU entities in order to optimize performance.

  • Ensure that the quality management system including GDP is implemented and maintained.

  • Ensure that the logistic and warehouse service suppliers and customers are approved.

  • Work in close collaboration with the Regional Supply Chain team on continuous improvements.

  • Work in close collaboration with the Regional Sales team, Regional Supply Chain team and Global

  • S&OP team on the supply and demand planning, and order fulfillment of the Map Ta Phut plant.

  • This position is a permanent employee and working at MTP site

About you

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any field.

  • Experience in Supply chain, planning, warehouse and logistic

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Good command of English language, written and spoken

  • Good team player with teamwork mindset.

  • High flexibility and fast response.

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Thailand base pay reasonably expected for this role is 962,000 to 1,200,000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
