About the role: Join Boston Scientific's Commercial IT Sales and Marketing team as a skilled IT Business Analyst. In this role you will optimize user experience by bridging business needs and technological solutions. We seek a candidate with a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, business analysis proficiency, and technical acumen to join this highly collaborative and innovative team. You'll demonstrate robust problem-solving abilities, evaluating complex systems and proposing innovative solutions using commercial technologies. Your responsibilities include: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and objectives. Conducting thorough requirement gathering sessions to document functional and non-functional requirements. Analyzing existing business processes, systems, and applications. Designing efficient solutions aligning with business goals. Utilizing UX design principles to enhance system usability. Working closely with design teams to create wireframes and prototypes. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT development team. Participating in agile activities to ensure successful project delivery. Working closely with QA to develop and execute test plans. Communicating effectively to ensure shared understanding of requirements. Identifying and analyzing complex system issues, proposing effective solutions. Creating and maintaining detailed documentation. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. What we're looking for: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of commercial technology solutions such as ERP systems, CRM software, and cloud-based platforms. Experience implementing and optimizing technological solutions. Proficiency in agile methodologies. Strong documentation skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in large enterprise project environments. Self-motivated and adaptable team player. Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile, UX). Knowledge of business architecture frameworks. Experience in Medtech industry or regulated environments.
