Boston Scientific Principal Sales Operations Analyst, Cardiology in Maple Grove, Minnesota

Supports the overall rebate administration for BSC. Collaborates with a team of two coordinators that create customer earned rebate payment reports and processes corresponding rebate payments. Reports key metrics and rebate reporting to marketing and field organization. Ensures rebate payments are accurate, timely, and within approved guidelines. Leads interactions with financial auditors and prepares responses and documentation. This position is a member of the Rebates and Fees Team in the Center for Contracting Excellence. This role is based in Arden Hills and is a hybrid role with two days onsite in Arden Hills. Works closely with a team of two coordinators who assist with the rebate payment, audit, and data management responsibilities of the role. Utilizes Model N Revenue Management System (MNRC), SAP, and Excel to gather rebate data and generate corresponding payment reports needed to pay customers earned rebates. Manages the rebate payment process and customer and field communication, including managing the team that requests rebate payment via check, credit memo or ACH. Collaborates with BSC Global Business Services to obtain payment for customer and improve processes. Approve rebate payments as appropriate. Works to ensure efficient and compliant end-to-end payment processes. Leads the response to internal and external financial auditors related to rebate payments and create processes that lead to compliant payments. Manages a shared rebate email box and assigns questions to team members and/or resolves issues. Transition, in partnership with BSC IT, the shared email box to Service Cloud for enhanced management and tracking of email inquiries. Works cross-functionally to recommend and develop automated solutions to generate customer rebate notifications, internal file management, and sales field communication. Updates and maintains training documentation for the rebates team. Assist with the data management related to the customer facing market share portal. Support customers transition from check payment to electronic payment. Collaborate with Team developing strategy and technical enhancement for the electronic payments. Resolve payment discrepancies by interacting with rebate analysts and various Boston Scientific Businesses, directors, vice presidents and sales representatives, and customers. Assists team members with the resolution of rebate related issues. Provides training to new team members. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, business management or related field. Five or more years of related work experience in the areas of sales support/operations, rebate management, contract administration, finance, data analytics, customer service operations, or accounting. Experience with SAP Advanced Excel capabilities and Proficiency with MS Office programs Experience in Model N Revenue Cloud (preferred) Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate cross functionally to drive process improvements and business results. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
