1-3 years of experience preferred. This position should be able to handle a small kitchen on their own in all but the busiest times. We are a scratch kitchen...no boil in the bag, reheat, premade anything here. Even our salad dressings, seasonings, and desserts are made from scratch. Absolutely must have a passion to up your game as we will surely become a dining destination for the entire U.P.
*Must be able to multi-task efficiently and timely with not only peak business times, but also with down times and other job-related duties.
*Must be a team player who regularly jumps in to help your co-workers. They WILL jump in to help you, be ready to do the same.
*Wage dependent of experience, ability to learn and excel, and an absolute desire to own the kitchen!
