Job Title: General Production Worker (1st and 3rd Shift)
Job Description
Join our client's production facility. Candidates will work in various areas of production assembly in a heavy team-oriented environment. Expect to work on a fast-paced assembly line, standing for 12+ hours, and potentially working in tight spaces or close to machinery. Tasks include using small power tools and drills, assembling or disassembling products by hand, and performing data entry/WMS for inventory management. Candidates will also perform visual inspections of products and may operate a stamping press after training. Responsibility for cleaning and monitoring their work area is required. A hat will be issued and is required to be worn at all times.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Marion, Arkansas.
Work Environment
Shift: 3rd, 6pm-6am (2-2-3 schedule) or M-F (8-9 hour workday). Training/orientation will be from Tuesday to Friday prior to official shift assignment. The work environment includes steel toes, hard hats, and safety glasses. The facility is non-climate controlled but has fans and small heaters. Currently undergoing renovations, the facility will feature new breakrooms, bathrooms, vending machines, and lockers. The facility may have a 'mechanic shop' type of smell.
