We are looking for an Upstream Custom ITO Manager to work with our Single Use customers and teams across the world. Do you have a passion for business intelligence? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you will do:

  • Own Single Use Product Customization and the Inquiry to Order Process for Single Use Consumables and Hardware.

  • Support Commercial activities and be the champion and key escalation point for Single use Quotation inquiries, commercial issues, and customer responsiveness.

  • Work with Product Managers to define and implement design space policies & strategies, including the development of custom additions and introduction to the custom design space.

  • Work with Operations, Product Engineering, and Quality to ensure that our QMS policy is adhered to and design control process is properly executed.

  • Partner with Product Governance teams and key support functions to drive improvement within our Business intelligence landscape (Solidworks, Configurator, Magic, Sales Force etc)

  • Drive the development of digital tools leading to more robust decisions, faster customer response times, and improved customization results.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Business, Finance or related field, Master’s Degree Preferred

  • Multiple years of experience in engineering, sales, or operations roles

  • At least 2 years experience in a team lead or alternate leadership function.

  • Familiarity with digital systems: Magic, Sales Force, Windchill, Solidworks,etc

  • Working knowledge of design control and change control practices (ECR/ECO) and case management systems

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
