Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties:
Provides leadership to and assists with the management of the Student Success Department. Responsible for hiring, supervising, and training staff. Additionally, plays a key role in the development, implementation, assessment, and/or refinement of advising and student success initiatives. Directly responsible for managing various administrative functions of the department and for leading different advising or student success initiatives.

Three years of professional experience within academic advising, student success, or other work that relates to student affairs.

Understanding of diverse, holistic needs of students and strategies for best meeting the needs of individuals and groups of students.
Ability to supervise, train, and lead staff.
