Swick Home Services is seeking a motivated General Laborer to join their team in Marquette, MI. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to aid in daily operations on job sites.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• Starting wage of *$15.00 -- $20.00 per hour *based upon experience.
• Full benefits package after 90 days including:

• Schedule: Monday -- Friday, 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. No weekends! Overtime may be available.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

• Clean and prepare job sites.
• Cut and patch walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holes.
• Operate and tend machinery and heavy equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Assist co-workers in other duties.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• High school diploma required.
• Valid Michigan Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment (minimum of 50lbs).
• Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to adapt quickly.
