Description Heritage Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA to join our growing team. Heritage Pointe Senior Living is conveniently located near the heart of downtown Marshall, Minnesota. We have helped seniors Age Magnificently since 2013 in our gorgeous 58-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part-Time/On-Call - One Weekend a Month LPN Wage: $27-$32.50/HR Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Our Memory Care Coordinators become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will lead, direct, and assist in the overall operations of the memory care unit in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policies, with focus on the physical and social well-being of our residents/tenants while achieving the facility's business objectives. Duties include: Schedule and perform rounds in memory care to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care. Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments for memory care residents. Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the memory care resident/tenant population. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as an LPN Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
