Capital Management company, is seeking to add a full-time, year-round
payroll specialist to our dynamic team. In this position, you will join
a team of talented professionals who are responsible for helping
BizChecks Payroll achieve some of the highest retention rates in the
industry. This is a fast paced, supportive, collaborative environment
with extensive on the job training. Job responsibilities include:
Maintaining & interacting with a roster of assigned local businesses
while processing payrolls on a weekly, bi-weekly, & monthly schedule
Serving as the primary point of contact with our business partners to
answer questions, provide product training, resolve any issues, or refer
to the appropriate department Conduct demos of our web- based payroll,
HR, & time & attendance products Trouble shoot & resolve any client
issues Assist team members wherever necessary Attend online & in-house
training sessions on a regular basis Requirements include: College
degree or relevant experience Ability to work in a fast- paced
environment Exceptional work ethic Excellent problem- solving skills
Ability to multi-task & work across multiple platforms Attention to
detail & strong organizational skills Proficient in Word, Excel, &
Outlook Payroll, banking, bookkeeping, or accounting experience
