Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Maryland Heights, Missouri

Description: Fully Remote Opportunity Customer Service Opportunity

  1. What does a typical day in this role look like? An 8 hour work day answering 35- 50 calls per day speaking with mostly providers that are requesting a pharmacy authorization.

  2. What type of experience do you want to see on resumes? Customer service, Call Center, Pharmacy

  3. What type of metrics will the candidates be measured on? Quality, Schedule adherence, productivity

  4. Is there a chance for extension or hire? Yes, based on quality of candidate and business opportunity

What scores would you like to see on the Shaker test? If given, 3-5

  1. What does the training process look like? Virtually led by an instructor, 3 weeks –then nesting period.

  2. What is the shift for training? 9:00am – 5:30pm CST

  3. How are shifts determined once through training? – Determined by business needs

  4. What does your interview timeline and process look like (i.e. phone or in person)? Virtually via WebEx

  5. What is your targeted start date (please keep in mind that it takes two weeks to onboard workers from the date you select them for hire)? 11/16/2020

  6. Can you provide some “selling points”? The suppliers are now asking for “selling points” to help sell your role and Anthem to candidates over other opportunities (candidates are coming to the table with multiple offers in this market), so is there anything you can note that I can pass along to help them sell these roles to perspective candidates? This manager is looking for outstanding job tenure ( We will not submit candidates who have worked more than 3 job with in the last4 years.
