Clinical Research Manager

Locations: This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office) 1-2 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Open Access Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10 am - 6:30 pm EST.
The Clinical Research Manager is responsible for implementing strategic plans and objectives for complex Clinical Research initiatives that may cross-departmental, divisional, or health plan lines.
How you will make an Impact:
Leads projects.
Provides technical oversight, problem identification and resolution, and identification of information needs and technologies.
Ensures regulatory and/or accreditation compliance as applicable, Manages collaborative teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Secures or coordinates the resources (people, material, data, and support) for staff to effectively accomplish operational needs and strategic initiatives.
May represent the department on committees, task forces, and work groups.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, Project Plan, and PowerPoint is preferred.
HEDIS and STARS experience is a plus.
Experience with data analysis and informatics preferred.
Program management experience preferred.
Experience with Policy Writing/Research preferred.
Master's prepared in public health, health services administration, nursing, or business administration preferred.
