Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Controller in the manufacturing industry, located in Maumee, Ohio. The role centers around managing a variety of accounting functions, implementing budget processes, and handling accounts payable and receivable. This role is integral to ensuring the financial health of our organization and requires proficiency in a range of accounting software systems.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of all accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable
• Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial data and generate reports
• Guide and implement budget processes to meet the financial goals of the organization
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
• Manage job cost processes to track project expenses
• Leverage QuickBooks to manage financial tasks efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Address and resolve any inquiries related to customer credit
• Monitor customer credit accounts and implement measures to collect delinquent payments. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Controller role within the Manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Accounting Functions.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proven track record in Auditing processes and procedures.
• Skilled in Budget Processes implementation and management.
• Familiarity with Job Cost accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
