Receiving incoming calls from customers placing orders. Inputting sales orders into system for processing & delivery. Answering questions for customers about products that we handle. Informing customers about delivery dates of their orders. Handling driver paperwork when they return from deliveries. Answering incoming calls and directing to correct personnel. Must be able to multi-task at all times, pays close attention to detail and be able to work in a very fast paced environment.
