Qualifications:
Education:
Degree from an accredited program.
Experience:
2 years relevant experience
Licenses/Certifications:
Valid license to practice physical, occupational or speech therapy in state of practice.
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Home Health experience
