Primary responsibilities for Manufacturing Line Leads include:
· Coordinate with the Production Supervisors to lead daily operations of a production line with a focus on Quality, Efficiency, Delivery, and Safety
· Read, understand, and perform processes as described in established work instructions
· Provide adequate training and clear direction for production staff
· Maintain accurate documentation, as required, on topics such as, but not limited to, cross training, product standards, and safety
· Compile and analyze production records
· Require and maintain a safe work environment for all employees and any non-employees who may enter the production environment
Schedule:
• Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
