Job Purpose and Impact

The Business Process Architect will design and integrate solutions and partner with business process excellence teams to implement target architecture. In this role, you will govern solution integration from a design and business process standpoint, research, identify, validate and recommend technologies that would assist in bringing business process management excellence to life. You will assess business cases based on other different variables. You will partner with internal stakeholders to execute a strategy that improves processes and drives efficiencies through corrective actions, standardization and innovation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Recommend and implement improvements to business, processes and designs based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios, motivations and technology capabilities.

  • Develop solutions that address the tactical and strategic goals for the business while sustaining and driving further process standardization across the Enterprise through your evaluation, design and solutioning for process improvement requests.

  • Conduct solution assessments support, data migration and conversion to meet business requirements.

  • Help define business requirements for new initiatives and gather current business requirements and user perspective for process improvement design.

  • Identify integration opportunities for business system management applications and other applicable interdependent technology assets to maximize their capabilities to drive process efficiency, effectiveness and/or affordability. Provide expertise on systems integrations and potential issues/bottlenecks.

  • Lead related activities including developing technical process documentation and trainings, and analyze large/complex databases.

  • Drive cross functional process alignment, manage and provide guidance on BPM technology tools and applications.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • You will stay abreast of new developments in process methodologies and research and provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of six years of related work experience, demonstrating proficiency with a minimum of two of the following: Process Data Mining tools (Celonis, other), Process data integration (ERP+ Non-ERP sources), Process modeling (Aris, other), and experience working across multiple lines of business and information technology function in a context of technology implementations

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify performance gaps and root causes

  • Project management certification

  • Experience with relevant business management software modules

  • Extensive experience with core, strategic line of business processes

  • Experience using cross functional business and functional technical expertise including administration, supply chain management, enterprise resource planning, finance or customer resource management
