What is the job?

Responsible for managing multiple aspects of bookkeeping in a dynamic office with a key focus on financial reconciliation and reporting. Some of the duties are listed below.

• Work eperience in QuickBooks to manage vendors, clients, AP/AR, and financial reporting

• Monthly account reconciliation of bank account, credit card accounts, and loans

• Payroll processing in QuickBooks online

• Quarterly payroll reporting

• Regular communication with financial institutions and accountant to obtain financial statements and reporting

• Tracking project deadlines and working independently to meet them

What do you bring to the job?

• Proficiency in QuickBooks online required and willingness to learn other software

• A two-year degree in accounting is preferred but can be substituted with experience

• Strong and effective written and verbal communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
