Come join us As the Area ERP (F&O) Go To Market Lead within our Business Applications organization you will be responsible for the overall strategy, performance and growth of the Finance and Operations offering across Growth Markets (GM), comprising of Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan and Brazil. Within a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, you will engage across a Global organization with Regional, Advisory and Client Account Partners, to identify and grow new and existing opportunities. Reporting to the GM Bus Apps Leader, you will have sales and revenue responsibility and provide quality assurance and issue resolution to protect engagement and corporate reputation. You will work with a team of Regional and Area leaders to determine the strategy for offering identification and investment opportunities and drive strategic changes to the portfolio in response to business needs with a goal of helping our clients achieve ground-breaking innovation in their digital portfolios and bring positive return on investment to their client base. You will ensure a carefully led sales and delivery process resulting in successful client engagements partnering with Avanade’s internal Legal teams to ensure the avoidance of risk and compliance. You will collaborate with the regional leadership and delivery teams to provide end to end solution crafting and determine focus on marquis accounts and best-in-class bids. You will provide hands on support to each region with their solution creation and sales strategy. It’s all here, so take a closer look! Together we do what matters. We’re looking for someone with a combination of the following Skills and experiencess: * Extensive track record of progressive responsibility within a professional services/management consulting or technology firm delivering complex business technology solutions for client organizations. * In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O technology solutions including partnering with enterprise clients to optimize workplace technologies and physical environments to increase efficiency and collaboration to improve employee experience and operations using Cloud. * Experience implementing and applying outstanding sales principles and practices, including business development, marketing, and complex channel management. * Experience collaborating within a matrixed environment and partnering with offshore teams for both presales and delivery About you Characteristics that can spell success for this role • Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder • Resilient, influential, adaptable, flexible • Intellectually curious and passionate about technology • Client-centric attitude • Passion for learning and development You likely possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
