Oracle Consulting Services (OCS) Australia is experiencing significant growth and, as a result, we are seeking an experienced EPM Consultant with financial skills to assist in fulfilling a number of projects and opportunities across A/NZ.
The position requires you to work with teams of talented professionals, business and technology consultants in the delivery of business-focused solutions for our clients utilising Oracle applications, tools and technology. Utilising sound commercial skills and experience, the successful applicant will consult using the Oracle Cloud product suite, in the area of Enterprise and associated product areas in Industries such as Finance, Retail, Health, Oil and Gas, Mining, Govt and Resources sector and Professional Services. THIS IS A 3 MONTHS + 3 MONTHS CONTRACTUAL ROLE (WITH A VIEW TO GO PERMANENT)
What You’ll Bring
Mandatory
Previous experience as a consultant in the area of EPM.
8 years plus overall experience in functional and/or technical role implementing EPM.
Has successfully completed several Oracle EPM projects.
5 years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Very strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead a team in the delivery of a solution.
Willing to undertake interstate travel as required for projects/assignments.
Tertiary Qualifications in Finance/Accounting/Commerce
Previous experience in a similar consulting (internal or external) or business advisory role
Hands-on implementation experience with one or more of the following Oracle EPM modules:
Planning
FCCS
ARCS
TRCS

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do The EPM Consulting Manager will be responsible for trusted, long-lasting customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality consulting and implementation services to OCS customers, both as an individual and as part of a team.
Lead and successfully manage a team in the delivery of Oracle EPM solutions to meet customer needs/requirements and drive solution delight
Provide solution input to complex bids and proposals incorporating a range of Oracle products (with particular emphasis on Oracle EPM) and services across a range of industries.
Motivates a team (which may include client, third party and subcontractor staff) by establishing realistic goals for team members and securing their commitment to and understanding of the project goals
Manages the quality of all deliverables produced by their team using Oracle or client methods and standards as agreed.
Operate as a key EPM SME within the OCS team to be the point of contact for escalation and guidance
Align and collaborate with Oracle Project managers in the development and management of an effective risk mitigation strategy for projects. Escalates issues as appropriate.
Continuously seeks to broaden/deepen own skill set in ways that will add value to Oracle and the quality of our services. Maintains an up-to-date personal development plan.
Stays abreast of legislative and relevant industry trends
Contribute to the continued professional development of the Oracle eAM community through contribution of knowledge, IP and project related documentation and solutions.
