As part of the Mondelēz International Business Services division, you have responsibility for a specific discipline that may include partnering with leaders in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc. You lead a team that delivers best-in-class service and value creation to their clients and strives for operational excellence at all times.
How you will contribute
Vision, strategy & leadership:
Ensures global vision, brand and identity of People Services are tailored to the needs of the ANZJ BU
Key member of both the BU People Leadership and AMEA People Services leadership teams, ensuring an aligned strategy and an engaged and capable team across ANZJ and AMEA People Services
Collaborates across the BU to ensure People Services strategy is aligned to the BU needs and drives the strategy implementation at BU level
Provides guidance and leadership to the PE Advisors to support service delivery and manages consistency within the BUs
Provides leadership and direction to the BU Squad consisting of PE advisors and Employee Life Cycle Events Advisors (e.g. My Rewards, My Pay)
Operational Delivery:
Responsible for the end-to-end HR service delivery for the BU
Acts as key interface between the business unit and shared service centre; ensuring HR operations are delivered efficiently and to the best employee experience
Leads BU Squads consisting of local People Experience Advisors, Talent Acquisition Lead/ Advisors as well as centrally located Employee Life Events teams to ensure BU needs are met in an efficient and effective way
Leads and oversees Employee Relations service delivery in partnership with People Leads to resolve cases at minimal risk
Promotes the HR operating model within the BU and seeks the right balance between efficient service delivery and tailored employee experience
Acts as point of escalation for BU Leadership Team
Uses Business Unit knowledge to identify specific BU requirements and applies this in service delivery
Understands the wider support network including Capability team, EX team, Service Management team etc and works with them to satisfy specific BU requirements
Leads the Japan People Services team across all areas of HR operational delivery, recognising Japan is not supported by the Shared Services Centre.
Continuous Improvement:
Responsible for application of the service delivery model and end-to-end process framework for the BU; driving continuous improvement through benchmarking, to provide efficient, effective, and compliant People Services, with an employee driven culture
Drives a continuous improvement mindset in the Squad to ensure great employee experience for all employees within the BU via a more efficient service
Driving a program of process and employee experience improvements tailored for the BU, leveraging digital or automated solutions where appropriate
