Our client, a reputable law firm with offices in Melville, NY, is seeking to add a General Liability Litigation Attorney with 1-6 years of general liability litigation experience to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of general liability litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and manage case strategy.
Provide high-quality legal analysis and counsel to clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1-6 years of experience in general liability litigation.
Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
