Description
Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for building and deploying software solutions? We're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our client's team and play a vital role in the entire software development lifecycle! You'll leverage your strong programming skills and software engineering principles to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain our software applications.
Responsibilities:
Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA testers) to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and implement software solutions using appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and libraries.
Write clean, well-documented, efficient, and maintainable code according to coding standards and best practices.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to identify and resolve bugs before deployment.
Debug and troubleshoot existing code to ensure application functionality, performance, and stability.
Stay up to date on the latest programming languages, technologies, and software engineering best practices.
Participate in code reviews and mentor entry level developers. May contribute to technical documentation for developed applications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a software engineering role.
Strong understanding of fundamental programming concepts (data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming).
Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
