For more information, please visit our website ator connect with us onor JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION OPERATOR Location: Menasha, WI Shifts: 4 am, 6 am and 7 am start times. 8 Hour shift ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Review batch tickets - Read, understand, and follow. * Provide samples to lab. * Pack product into designated containers; labeling containers. * Report near miss incidents and improvement opportunities. * Equipment cleaning, plant cleaning, waste disposal. * Forklift operation. * SAP inventory look-up and SAP duties. * Tub washer. * Gather and weigh ingredients. (Scale operation) * Participate on plant teams. * Stock rotation / Minimization of partial containers. * Ingredient traceability. * Operate and trouble shoot mixing equipment. * Combine ingredients in designated sequence. * Training others. * SAP CORK duties and SAP Cycle count duties. * Preliminary quality checks. * Operation of equipment with an inserting system. * Wear appropriate PPE at all times & maintain a clean work area and work safely. * Participate actively in all plant safety initiatives, programs and training session. * ISO-Follow all standard operating procedures with respect to performance of position duties & stays updated on all applicable procedures. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * High School Diploma/GED * Must be computer efficient. * Must possess basic math skills. * Candidates must have demonstrated experience with and knowledge of safety. * Candidates must possess sound verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to work 40 hrs. and overtime.
