Senior Project Case Manager As the Senior Project Case Manager, you will oversee a remote team of Project Case Managers, specifically focused on implementation projects. The Senior Project Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the project management team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in the restaurant service industry, proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Smartsheet, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally across sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT departments. They should also have a proven track record of successfully managing remote teams and complex projects while providing a customer-centric process to installation. Location: this is a fully remote position; however you must live in the continental US. What you will do: Lead a remote team of Project Case Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and forecasting for install projects. Coordinate with sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals and objectives. Ensure that project installations are conducted in a customer-centric manner, focusing on delivering a seamless and positive experience for clients. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize project delivery. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future projects. Required Experience Proven experience as a project manager, with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects and remote teams. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Smartsheet. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively interact with stakeholders across various departments. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field; Depot experience Experience in the restaurant service industry is a plus.
