Summary:
We are seeking an Infrastructure Accounting Manager to join our team, focusing on new product development. As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end accounting processes, operationalizing new accounting programs, and providing expert guidance to cross-functional teams. We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
Infrastructure Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting processes and operationalize new accounting programs to support Infrastructure new product development, software and IP investment, spare processes, etc.
Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to understand broader business objectives and provide accounting guidance
Interpret and apply accounting standards to new and ongoing agreements for accurate financial reporting
Manage key SOX controls and provide input for audits by business partners, internal auditors, and external auditors
Implement IT solutions in the subject areas
Lead special projects and other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of accounting experience in a high growth environment
BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
Technical and operational Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Experience in optimizing or designing new and existing processes
Experience in system implementation to support fast growing business

Public Compensation:
$113,000/year to $165,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
